On becoming a client a business diagnostic is performed to find out all there is to know about the business. Included will be some scenarios of what the ideal future should look like. These results are compiled into a report and then discussed with the business owner.
We then set out a time table with our clients for regular one-on-one meetings as well as telephonic coaching depending on the coaching contract.
We will challenge you to break through your perceived limitations in your mind and business. The systems are individually tailored to your requirements so that you do not get an “out of the box package”
